load problem thingy.

ok so i had the problem were you would log in and it would stay at the backround and play music.. well i tryed everything posted in these forums to fix it but now i cant even start the game!!!!! i get like 2 different errors now!! please help
the erros i am getting are: you cannot run Aion with the version of DirectX version released after june 2008. You can download the correct version from www.aiononline.com

I've been having the same dam problem for 2 weeks now. When I log in I get the already signed in message and characters will not load. I have reported this to the game masters several times with no solution or response. Very unprofessional.
