Pasword chnage problem!!

Well i need manual pasword reset because i dont get my pasw changing confirmation email - and i cant change it ....but there are ppl who know it....... need to change it asap!! I sent all proofs to Asaline but still nothing .....who i need to send more to do this rly ASAP???

P.S. dotn ask me about cheking email i did all ,spam ,everything, removed all block still nothing

Asaline cant do anything about your password. Only Carl can reset it if you arent getting the email to do it.

 

how long does it takes? i dotn want lose my 150 euros worth items and then all stuff can saywe'r sorry we cant do anything then act now

 

well lautaro should have fixed this a long time ago, the issue has been around for months and hey, how hard is it to get an email to work xD

well kinda shouldnt share passwords to begin with so u cant really blame them but yea the pass reset should be working

 

i didnt shared i dont know how they got my pasword i got black mailed and they called my all login ID and PW i was schoked and from that day im almost stay 24/7 online

I've been trying to reset my pw since last year... November I think... well, guess what!! The mail is still somewhere lost in the between Gamez server and my inbox. I blame it on the Anonymous legion!!!

 

meh it probably never got sent. seriously lol how hard can it be to set up an email client, lautaro sure just ignored it all these months

I'd suggest emailing admin@gamezaion.com and pming the admins on the forums if you want help with this issue.
