    Hey Admins,

    It came to my attention that the Staff is just being silly (at some point).

    After seeing this reply (see below), the only thing that we can do is to politely let you know and be aware of this issue in the most formal way, so that you, the Admins, won't complain about any form of disrespect towards your face, nor will try to find any excuses at the site http://REASONS.COM for not fixing simple coding.

    Let's start talking seriously here and let the rest of the crap about spamming the Admins via PM, on the side. Okay?



    Shall we dance?

    Here's how you can spot the issue with Change Password feature on the main site Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server:

    1. First step is to click on the "Change Password" and on the new window you fill up these blank lines with the old password and the new super-duper strong password that none human being can hack it.

    2. Second step is to click "Ok"

    3. Third step is to see the final page where the neat message is telling you that the verify mail has been sent. Just sent.

    After doing this, you feel like a Boss since you think that the job is done easily and you go to you mail to check you inbox. Then is the point when you realize that there is no any new mail, not even at you spam folder. What you do next is to wait since the mail system might take some time to deliver/ receive a mail.

    A bit later... Zero mails from Gamez Aion.

    After following the steps 1 - 2 - 3, once again, none mail is being sent to you yet.

    Then you start to check all your mail addresses in case you forgot which one you used to register in Gamez. But you have bad on your side and none of your alt mail addresses got that precious mail for verification of the password change.

    Conclusion: Please fix the bug with the missing verification mail for Password reset on the main site. This bug exist for how many moths now and no one took the time to fix it. Too busy you all are, right?

    o.o weird thing is i just resent mine and changed it. It was sent to my email instantly...

    Not all people are experiencing this issue. If attacking me or the admins (not so) subtly makes you feel better - feel free.

    It's been reported and is being worked on.

    It's like the issue with the kinah reward for voting. For me it's working fine, but there are other people who can't receive that reward. It's bugged. Same with the password change.. I've been trying to do it for how many months and still no mail.

    My good sir. If you talk about patience to me then you should know that I've been waiting for 3 months now (if not more than that) and nothing happened.

    You tell me to PM the Admins but I'm not the of a kind of the guy who will spam every now and there the Admins to solve my issue. I believe that sending an email with issue report is more than enough, don't you think?

    Now, prove to me that it's being worked on if I am being on the ignore list for 3 months now.

    Like Sileria previously stated, the problem is only with some of the accounts, not all. I've reported this to Carl several times now and havent heard anything back about it so we can only assume it's being worked on, hopefully.
