Character Dissapeared

So I only had one character on the Siel server and I logged in to find that it's gone. I tried logging in a few more times to double check but it's definitely gone. Browser doesn't say I have any characters either.

Can I get some help?

 

try check the other server just to be sure (from character selection go to server select)

btw have u logged the char more than once be4?

 

Just checked both servers. Nothing.

And logged in more than once before? I dont understand. It's level 53, I've logged into that character multiple times.

 

just checking coz character setting and info save on logout, if u make a new char and the server crashes, theres a chance it wont save (so ud have nothing)

anyways if u leave a gm ur account and character name, they can check the database if hes there. i find it unlikely that some1 would hack a newbie account and delete the char

edit: try go to char creation and input the same name, see if its taken

 

try checking your character on the website. there's a My Characters button.

How do I contact a GM?

 

u can leave a msg on their forum profile, pm them or ingame using the .gmlist command. if u scroll down on the main forum page it says which gms r on the forums atm (none right now). staff members have colored names

anyways did u try create a character with the same name? check if it says its already taken
