many problems server bug

    i am having a lot of problems at the server the noobs wen i am goint to kill them they move o fly every way, in my inventory i have lot of thins that i cant destroy , there are many quest that i cant complete because of lag in the server, i repite the noobs fly all around and i cant se then waht i can do ?
