Credit point problem!

As normaly im voting atleast 1 time a day if i have time i vote 2 times a day so the yesterday i voted i checked my credit points status it was 1270 today i voted i had 320 for no reason i have lost 1000 credit points WTF? I havnt used any purchases for credit point in WEB site or ingame ! And also on my history it doesnt shows that i have spent 1k credits points ! HELP ME!

theres something u forgot. every web shop section has a separate history (as in titles have their own, pets have their own etc). u should check the rest of them, some1 could have easily bought themselves a pet and traded it

also ur only checking lumiel, make sure u havent voted siel

 

I checked everything i changed and looked every character but the history there are same just the stigma shards and on seil there are no records in history so there are no actualy reason to loose 1k credit points So i mean this might be system fault . And the thing is im not voting on Seil always on Lumeil but on seil always been shown same credit points as on Lumeil i gues there is no difference witch server you are voting for ! BTW also of that when youre voting you voting for gamezaion not seil or lumeil , Seil and lumeil stands under gamezaion server !

 

lol it doesnt matter that the actual rating website has it united, that site is not the one giving u credits. the gamez website itself assigns credits the moment u click the vote button (regardless of whether u retype the captcha or what not on the new page, gamez has no influence over it)

anyways idk if they keep siel and lumiel credits separate since i just play siel

From what I'm seeing, this is dated back in May 17, 2011 and your saying you still have the same credit of 320 as of now, Feb 25, 2012? Looks to me back then someone knew your account info and burned your credits with shards every 1-2mins. Someone must of hated you to spend 25mins to burn up your credits, saying this from last year.

Yes yes Smartik1 its the thing i was think bout voting i just didnt know how to type it right ! But as i have decide the seil and Lumeil voting system is merged!
Yea ofc it would be very good if i had image from yesterday , but the thing i wasnt playing so much the aion i didnt vote because i got pissed off of that most of ppls there was IP changing and get 1000 credits a day and didnt know how to do it , the only way how i can improve thats today picture is that i buy smth for credits , but i will do it if GM/Admin will ask me to do it for regaining my 1k credits , i believe Admins have enought good skills to look on server database and check my credit points before and now and what i have bought for them !

 

Ok this thread is closed , i just foundout where my 1k credits got lost i gave to play to my litle 6 years old from my account but on different server like i was playing Lumeil he play on Seil now he was playing and i saw he got gostone 10 sec silence . But before i didnt saw this godstone i was checking all his characters to be sure that he havnt bought anything! I gues i cant back the 1k credits SAD !
i will try to trade from Seil erver to lumeil hopeful hope that someone will!

 

Vote Reward omg.10 credits for each vote? omg realy? when for all best grade items (this time for ABG) need about ~ 30.000 credits. let's see... will need to vote ~ 6 months day after day to get that 30,000 credits... it's funny... ADMINS, MAKE PLEASE BIGEST VOTE REWARD...
