need help from a GM or Dev

here is my problem:

i upgraded a Miragent Sabatons and remodeled its skin.. then i logged out to use my ranger to craft something.. but when i logged back in... my gladiator was wearing a Dimensional sabatons... then i checked the inventory in the Gamezaion site... it shows that i'm still wearing the miragent sabatons... but in-game it doesn't and i dont get the bonus for wearing the 5 piece set...

is there any fix on this... plss help me... my characters name is Yagitxp

 

if ur dimensional sabatons arent enhanced/socketed or anything, theres a chance u skinned it the other way around and used miragent as a skin. the website just has an updating lagg

 

i reskinned my Miragent sabatons with a sainted Sabatons.. to look like a EGT sabatons

 

so do the dimensional ones have the sainted skin now? could u post any screenshots of anything? like ur ingame char looks, ingame item now and website inventory now

 

the first one is the one you can see in the char selection screen

the second one is the one you see ingame...

the 3rd on is the one from the site... i noticed that there are 2 sabatons in the equipped section... one is the miragent and one is the dimensional

 

opps.. never mind... i fixed it... i just had to unequip the dimensional sabatons then relogged...

first time I ever hear of a bug like that happen lol...would hate to see that happenning with my NCC/NTO gear o.o

 

well you can fix it... but before you do something... check the inventory of the char in the user CP in the site... then if you see 2 of the same type of item equipped... unequip the item that is bugged then relog... im my case i just had to unequip the dimensional sabatons then relog and poof its fixed...
