    this is so ****in ridiculous, I got zerged and I had elemental ward on + my full mR cloth set including the tome. And I got ankle snared? there was 10 of em and I could have escaped if not for it. WTF?

    meh if 10 people spam a root on u, 1 of them is bound to land :p theres no such thing as 100% resist rate

    I think ankle snare is bugged. It will get your 9/10 times, making it rare to resist ankle snare.

    Everything is bugged here...

    and something else: Statistics and Chances are something diferent..

    even if someone has 1.300 MA and you have 2.300MR he still has chances!!
