So - It's not that i don't really agree with the Idea, But for some reason's Gamez staff won't put it in :
- Supposidly they wan't gamez to be ''Retail-like'' - Most used excuse for most of the stuff they won't want to do for X reasons. ( yeayea some people are still waiting on the dredgion system that has been in Aion since Chinease beta's and lvl 40-45KOR beta's. 4-5years after still not here.)
-It ''Won't'' stop the zerging since zerger's are PvP'rs and not PvE'ers blablabla² ( On that point I can agree to a certain level - Even though I do beleive it will reduce the numbers of zergers [ Or possibly increase them? ])
- Some other reasons they will find and I can't be arsed to list them all.

All in All Many good idea's have been put forward before - Very few have passed....

just think running into asmo/elyos on every map all over the map if there is zerg move to other area of map still people farming i garantee this will happen if thay put the right drops in.. and its time for gamez to do somthing and im sure thay will do im very optomistik about this im sure thay will do the right thing or at least take some ideas only time and support will tell

 

man this is ideas deft counsil skins etc etc i dont need any eat but new players get bored to get gold medals etc this isnt retail this is a high rate pvp server lets start actiing like one eat/EGT i wouldnt even cast as a hand out but a inscentive to play the server will bring more players get real guys see the future and learn from the past

I can personally agree to the idea of making gold medals more accessible. I do not condone giving out items freely, but I would like to see some much easier ways and rates in getting the medals. Players can pvp effectively in EAT sets, and it allows them to have a benchmark of which to build off of.

 

The Whole point of what he's saying is to get RID OF ZERG's. =_= Window please? face first while you're at it.
The other thing is that getting gear shouldn't be run by daddy's wallet, nor cost you half a salary to get it. Half your personal time sure, cost a damn lot more on retail.
If people were patient they would be on retail so cut the crap and let's be honest here. ( that among 2 other basic reasons.)
You talk about work and crap but I honestly don't think that even if you played retail - You wen't past level 35 ish.
nobody's talking about giving out free stuff - Just making it easier for people who wan't to do NORMAL PvP don't have to zerg twice a day to get that. - There are solutions, this dude gave some easy one's - If you think you have better idea's give them. Sure there are more complicated one's - but even if this one half's the number of zerg's, i'm full in.

As for the skins I have to say they are Skins after all, the one's accesible IG should stay that way the ''Rare'' one's only via Event's should stay via event/Credit.

We're on HIGH RATE = LAZY RATE. If I wanted to spend the rest of my life farming like an asian i would still be on Retail.
On retail you eventually do have to PvP - Otherwise the forts wouldn't be in PvPvE zone's.

Groups of 6+ ppl doing "mini zerg" are ever better than a big zerg of 1-move hunters what kill everything in the way, common' the first are the REAL PvP u' can't call this pvp cause' there no fight, there no emotion, nobody plays freely, and a group of less ppl moving around the maps and fight with another group its 100% better than a group of 15-30+ guys spammin' the entrance of the cities or the maps e.e

I think this is a great start to something that has large potential. Although it would be a bit much to ask for gear to drop from mobs, I'd support the addition of any reasonable incentives to rift PvP. As was mentioned previously, gold medals would be an excellent start, considering they're near impossible to obtain nowadays and would assist in enabling more players to PvP effectively. Instead of spamming with arguments over whether this is a good or bad idea, it would be more effective if we brainstormed as a community ways to improve on this suggestion.

I just don't understand the point in Having a lvl 50 twink since you will be targeted by 55 geared toons - Since (As a twink) You should have a pretty good Rank (even if it means only doing Dredg runs). Even before level cap was raised to 55 Nobody would have a twink lvl 44 or more - Since the stigma's weren't worth the farm and there wasn't basicly any point in doing dredg runs at lvl 45...

I take it you didn't hit max level before aion died off - Even so raid's are quite regular outside M.Forts.

First off - Please, don't call me son, no matter how old you are, No matter how old I am. -I- Never intended to talk about hand outs, jus easie acces to BASIC PvP gear - It doesn't mean lvl 50 sets. I'd be happy any day to PvP with lvl 40 PvP gear than anuhart or quest items.

I didn't play on an English speaking server - But I have a pretty good Idea what it is ( Farming guards on dead hours, rushing forts, Daily quest's - If with a good legion Rift rushe's - And sitting around mostly.)

 

Another way to balance the PvP and make it more effective, well, in my opinion, its make events for the newcommers, for accesing to gold medals or the stuff what they need to deal with the extreme zerg or injust pvp (whatever what u' like to say) and (like all in our lifes) make conscience in the new players for don't be afraid or scare with the events (cause' yeah, we have players of all ages and with more or less experience) and join for trying things thats can help and fun they..

Well i don't know if are a crazy idea, but all in this theme that can help are better what nothin'.

well adding relics is retarded this isnt retail its a pvp server all ap gain is from pvp and all you did is just state the obvious.. no actual solutions to the problems you just highlighting them im going bed up for work in 3 hours XD i shall have a big think at work and come up with more ideas.. guys we all need to work together to get this server at the top and have even more players i know gamez will come out on top i have faith.

A Zerg is a Zerg - No matter where no matter why. But a Zerg for fort's, sure thing that's fun. zerg when no fort's are up for take? Sod off.

What Retail I played? Chinease Beta (Fair enough it wasn't ''Retail'' But a Beta) for approx 1 year, Maxing lvl 45 then 50. NA/EU Closed beta's, Open betas, Pre-connection of 3 days before official opening. Played there for some time - left when the first free transfers happened.
How the **** can you twink -Pre Lvl cap increase- Since the lvl cap WAS 50.

NCsoft opened extra servers for the ''unexpected'' amount of people. Yes my server was merged - Please, no, I BEG YOU, DAFUQ is the relation between my server being merged and twinking?

i was from Vidar, FruitMelody legion. Telling you the toon name would have no point ssince it's probably changed, transfered or something. but in the intrest of conversation it was David, I was on the server with freinds of mine from the chinease beta. I can't remember them all but ther was Mondragon, chloe, Zangetsu that I was mainly close to.
