Great characters

In any sort of games, novels, comics, movies, cartoon/anime and television shows, which you believe to have the best characters in its story? Do a list, can even point out who you like the most out of it too.

Games: Metal Gear Solid Series (The Boss, Sniper Wolf and Snake), Assassin Creed (Ezio, Altair, and Da Vinci), Mass Effect (Tali, Garrus, Femshep lol, and Jack), Final Fantasy VII & X (Cloud, Sephiroth, Lulu, Yuna, Auron, Tidus and Barret) Ace Combat 5 & Zero (All the characters were outstanding, especially Solo Wing Pixy).

Anime: Ghost in the Shell (Laughing Man, Puppet Master, Motoko and the Section 9 crew), Samurai Champloo (Mugen, Jin, Fuu, and Sarah), Death Note (Light and L), Akira (All of them) Avatar: Aang and Zuko.

Cartoon: X men animated series (1992) (Wolverine, Rouge, Magneto, Storm and Apocalypse) Tom and Jerry (Tom and jerry, and that black women who face you never see, they never cease to make me laugh out loud). Mulan (Mulan and that red dragon), Boondocks (Huey and Riley)

Movies: Godfather (every single character, especially Vito), Downfall (Hitler and all of the characters are good), Batman Dark Knight (Joker, Gordon and Batman). -- Will add more later

Television: The Wire (The entire cast) Breaking Bad (Walter White, Skyler White (I'd actually hate her in my life but she is a good character), Jesse Tuco, and Gustavo) Prison Break (I like all of them).
