sorc casting delay again?

    I just notice after the update, i cant use skills not after the animation of my first skills is finish, "you are not ready to use that skill" need some opinion on fellow sorc user.

    havent been on since the update but this wasnt in the update news so its not supposed to be doing it again

    there r 2 bugs i currently hate

    1. skill interrupts for no real reason and gets a server side cooldown. clicking it does nothing and you have to manually count when it will be ready coz it will keep looking ready
    2. all skills stop working until you walk a bit

    well ive only been playing for like the past 2 weeks after not playing for 8 months or so. it happens quite frequently though, u feel it mostly during boss hunts when u have to use tons of skills in a row
