No server list help!!

Hi there, my problem is: I reinstalled windows in my pc (i have Windows vista home premium) i installed aion with the ncsoft launcher, then i open Aion (with Gamez launcher) i logg in, i accept the terms.. and then NOTHING happens it just ''freeze''(There's no server list, just the background) and i cant choose my pj. I read something about the downgrade, i did it but now i get another error -.- ''Directx error'' i installed it (from a link of this forum) i tried to repair,then after repair i re-downgraded, restarted PC i tried ALL. Im so angry because i donated a few days ago and i was really enjoying the game.. So pls some ''expert'' or someone please HELP ME!! i dont know what more to do. Thanks. P.S: Sorry for my bad english i speak spanish ^^

have you try doing the Experimental stage?


Also if you could can you post your system info.

vista/win7 press the windows and type in dxdiag

if you using xp press windows > Run > type dxdiag

Note: Aion always worked in my PC before reinstall windows

 

I dont believe this could be a problem on the downgrade it might be somthing els.
Did u try to repair the client and then downgrade again??

try to run windows update and see if you find there Directx 11 maybe having the latest direct x might solve that issue.

From the photo you uuploaded do you have the launcher connecte to the Europe server and if you do change it to North american
then repair

 

o.o in the last picture he sent his ncsoft launcher points North American

 

yeah but it only shows that only if he has his launcher set to Europe
