Glitch in the Mentoring system

Not sure where to post but what level exactly can you not mentor a character?

I managed to mentor a level 51 player while there was a level 20 player in the group.
I ended mentoring and kicked the L20 player, then I can't start mentoring the L51 player.

 

well technically u have to be at least 10 levels above the mentored character so u cant start mentoring after lvl 45 already. the only reason u could keep doing it was because u didnt end mentoring in between

so yea works as it should. its just coz its a high rate server that we get to mentor higher coz mentoring isnt interrupted by people logging off etc

 

Ugh, I started mentoring when he was Level51 and I can take a screenshot of it if you want.

 

then it is not working as it should xD u shouldnt be able to mentor a highlvl character. its because there is no lvl gap and u could just kill stuff without mentoring

edit: forget it, found the reason

"The basic pre-requisite to become a mentor is to be more than ten levels above the lowest level character in the group."

basically u were more than 10 lvls above the lvl 20 so u could mentor, the moment u kicked him the lvl gap closed and u cant mentor again
