    The problem with MA and MR is they dont know all the proper forumla per skill as the retail server does.

    Ranger entangling shot actually has a bonus and not as straight forward a formula as silence arrow. You can almost always land slow arrow on retail, and the full MR guys you will have difficulty landing it. GameZ, you just flat out cannot land them on the full MR guys. Same with traps.

    Also, MR doesnt work the same for diffent classes on retail. GameZ has developed a formula that does work the same for all classes. Which is wrong.

    Now GameZ has worked hard to try and balance the MR / MA issues and has done very well. Gratz to them. But, pvp still isnt right, but it is playable. Gratz again to the people who put in the hard work.

    Would you be able to show where you got any of this info from? Because testing things yourself will always give information that could be falsified or tested in a way to not provide valid proof.

    MR works fine. It's just that a lot of players, mostly mages in that case, socket full MA.

    it works fine, but most of mages ,esp SMs already socket they gear with full MA. So the chance to resist their skill is a bit low.

    Many players including me, switch to MA set when combating Sorcerers. That's why Sorcerers don't resist much unless elemental ward is up.

    On Retail (at least from the PvP videos I've seen) MR resists pretty much every non-physical effect lol. NCSoft makes you a god if you reach 2.2k, here's a bit more balanced.
