chanter max speed

heya im here asking the chanter max runing speed
i got a video of a chanter that runs faster than 10.6
i would like to knwo if thats possible or if i must up´load the video

 

its possible only if they have their 4k speed of the wind buff on. otherwise it not. they max they can get is 10.4 without the 4k speed of the wind buff.

 

is any og those the icon of 4k dp?

 

with WoW and speedtitle + mantra (and the boots+running scroll ofcourse) if i remember right i hit the max..

with 5%running speed title and mantra chanters can run really fast also (and running scroll too)

if yes this 4k dp skills longs 20 minutes?

 

as i said with the dp skill i can go around 12.. the max i don't remember well..


the 2k DP skill with 30 m cooldown has a duration of 5minutes

wow is not 4k dp lol... its just 2k. Bw I bugged sprinting with wow before idk how but after I died without scroll I was as fast as 12+ but my stats say tthat I have base speed w.o scroll which is 8.4 or somethin kinda forgot.

 

22% boots + 30% scroll + 4% title + mantra = 10.4

22% boots + 30% scroll + 4% title +mantra + 20% wow (2k dp, last for 5min, cd: 30min) = 11.6

i tried 5% title but remain 10.4 and 11.6, so its useless
