Do forts do this now or is it only with a balaur fort?

It would be cool if fort mobs disappeared when sieges aren't going on. I'd love to break the rules of ping pong and destroy their ball/paddle. o.o

 

IDK, I haven't checked crimson temple or vorgaltem citadel in gelk, both owned by balaurs now. But this sure is fun coz elyos pvp mentality, dying = run to temple of scales. I rarely see pvp near avarice besides camping forest of antiquity's silentera exit.
