    I think its a visual bug but thats my own personal point of view, anyway its op to trade 4k vip for that spear but then again its just my own personal view.

    Yes sir but sometimes the stats change >.< sometimes its normal and if i play in other pc , a NTO spear change to taha also the stats of it :<

    That means the PC you see it as tahabata on has corrupt Items.pak. Your spear is NTO, just let know whoever manages these computers that he needs to put another Items.pak.
