    Looks like your game is nothing but static? or something. Quite possibly a problem with your graphic card, or your resolution.

    It looks like his screen has a lot of static on it.. as Assumptio said, it's probably a problem with your graphics card, you should get that checked out, make sure it's clean and running well in there.
