I'm planning to finish this run as my own interpretation of what happens when Shep dies in ME2.

 

Since Shepard died, only Joker knew the truth of what happened at the Collector Base. He had to become humanity's only hope against the Reapers.

 

Extensive research and multiple operations to cure Joker of Vrolik Syndrome have left scars that are evident when Joker gets tense. Prolonged exposure to the Reaper artifacts have also gradually indoctrinated Joker. This is his final chance to save humanity.

 

He pilots and commands the Normandy now. This man does everything.

This is Commander Joker and this is my favorite ship in the known galaxy.

 

Well...then scenes where they meet in the cockpit can't be happening, unless the one in the pilot seat is Joker's brother or a VI.

 

Well their was a Shepard VI on the Citadel so a Joker VI pilot wouldn't be too far-fetched.

 

VIs don't look like real humans though. Plus that will render the whole robotsex between Joker and EDI meaningless.

 

Maybe... Maybe they found away. Or the Joker who pilots the ship is a true AI like EDI. Good god the implications it would have.

 

Us 2 have done what BioWare couldn't.

Yeah if Shep didn't survive in ME 2, it wouldn't allow you to port it. I'm currently working on my 2nd play through with FemShep Sentinel.

 

but still. U can make shep die in ME2 xD i wonder if it affects Me3 in anyway
