    Believe you need balaur hearts to obtain the design. All designs are obtained in Primium Landing (Asmodians) and or Terminom Landing (Elyos) and yes I'm well aware of the fact that my spelling may be off but shhh. =)

    but wait..... the retailers of craft designs 2 those abyss landings don't have that kind of particular design......T_T

    As for NPC's go to the one that crafts the hood which is most likely tailoring since its a magic hood. If the designs aren't there, there isn't much i can do about that =/ but I was sure that all designs would be there guess not.

    well i'm very thankful, at least someone replied an answer to me......... thanks to the effort...........

    wew...... but the craft design that i need is not existing there.........

    Did you check out Tigraki Island? I believe there are designs there too, the ones you get from one of the shugos.

    already check it long time ago..... it sells design's such as balaur craft items.... but no "noble balaur lord'scowl"

    idk... I can't find the design on any of the Asmo NPCs. Maybe it's just on the elyos side. lol
