Dark Poeta A-Rank Boss Drop Rates

I was hoping I could get some feedback from others that have run Dark Poeta. We have done a few A runs now and all the normal bosses have the expected increased drop rate. However, when we kill the A-rank boss, he doesn't appear to have increased drops like all other bosses.

We haven't tried the B/S-Rank bosses, but so far we haven't seen any gold drops. Every other boss I've killed rains golds/blues. I am a VIP member as well.

Has any one else experienced this, and if so is this a bug that could be fixed?

To complete dark poeta you need a group with full ABG. Good luck otherwise. That should answer your question. Cant do DP unless you have ABG, dont need DP if you have full ABG.

 

i much preferred the old days where dp had no cd and no point system. anuhart and tahabata r like the very basics people should be able to get here, it gives no pvp advantage but allows them to go further and farm for higher level gear

atm its ridiculous, as you said, you need a full party with abg people to be able to even make tahabata spawn, while the place is full of bugs that can ruin the ruin quite easily

btw im amused by the changes done to marabatas 2-3 hit killing full abg people with 4-7k dmg per hit xD its unrealistic for anybody who needs the gear

 

Thanks for the replies, but our group isn't having an issue doing Dark Poeta. We have 4-manned 2 A-Ranks the last two days, and we are all in golds/blues, but that wasn't my question.

The issue we are having is the final boss (A-Rank) doesn't drop items. I was wondering if his loot table was bugged as we expected him to drop many items like all other bosses with the drop rate increase, but he only dropped a few blue items. Possibly a GM would know of all Dark Poeta final bosses haven't been given an increased drop rate.

Thanks for the replies. Our group just started on the Gamez Aion server. We have been doing Dark Poeta on the regular US servers for over 2 years, and we love it. We will probably shoot for a 4-man S Rank tonight, but if Tahabata isn't going to drop any loot, it's probably not worth it .

 

Lol you talk about a rank bosses but you say no names. Which boss doesnt have drops?

 

Calindi Flamelord is the boss I am referring too for this post. He is the A-Rank Dark Poeta boss. He can drop any 1H/2H fabled weapons, necklaces, and chest armor. He has ONLY dropped heroic items the 2 times we have killed him, which surprised our group, considering other bosses in the game drop many fabled/heroic items.

 

Why do calindi if you can just go for taha?
