Can't see group mates on World Map

    Only one of my character is encountering this problem.

    When I am in a group or alliance I can't see anyone.

    Check the image and see that my group mate is in silentera but I can't see a blue that indicates he is there on world map.

    And when he got to Gelkmaros I still can't see him or any map.
