well after some help i get back ma msn !

welll i have so many items like ncc mace/shield/sword woc 1 and other at least if i dnt get my items back i hope u ban the last address ip that loged to my account ! (also thx to grave the am that when i ask him to block ma account he said to me i cant i need profs until they hack my account and done !) hope get them backz cuz it not ma fault ! cuz gm would block ma account cuz in ma first dc i made theard and gm start QQ i told u to block ma account !

Well, all we hope is the best for you and your account, hope the GM could understand that you have done so many things here in gamez and also spending your time and mind to it. In this case, I can't be much more helpful but I do hope that this problem will be a lesson for all of us to be conscious and to be careful. (even though some hackers we dont know where it comes from is hacking our account).

 

An IP ban won't do anything to your hacker since he used the same internet as you did.

Not sure if item ID's are unique, but if they are and you happen to have that ID, someone with access could do a database search to see who has that item.

It's unlikely that anyone will search the database for you, but if trusted people were to start doing this, it would discourage GM impersonators and possibly find the scammers' real account.

 

and also a good hacker can use an infinity amount of fake ip's and mac adress so its kinda imposible to trace him using that method i would sugest not sayn what u have cuz i remember some people sayn they had full abg and stuff well some just left for good or they got hacked like the very famus gladi of the crystal aion Canaan

 

Considering that someone got into your msn, which makes me suspect that you were sharing your G.A. Account.

If you used the same password then well, yea it stands to reason that someone got into your account.

Along with that, your account security is your responsibility, if you shared your account which is the most likely thing to have happened here then there is nothing we can do.

To block your account, we would need you to prove that it is your account in the first place from the registered e-mail requesting the lock. Which in this case as you said your e-mail was compromised, then frankly we would not be able to believe that it was a valid request.

Again, it is sad to have to say we are unable to do anything in this situation though, again account security is primarily the users responsibility. Taking measures to ensure your own safety as in not sharing account information with others, not sharing passwords which it seems reasonable to think you had given your contact details to someone, as well as your account information.

If you can provide more solid proof such as paypal donation history, with valid conformation numbers from the emails. Etc.

So, I leave it at this, and as Grave said, if you are able to give more solid proof you are welcome to PM Him, or even myself. There simply at this time with the proof provided, nothing that we are able to do for you, even blocking the account itself is against our policy as we cannot be sure that the request is coming from a valid user at the current time.
