Question/Issue.

Not sure if this is the right place to start the thread .. but here we go.
I've got a problem with voting. For example: I voted at like 3~ AM last night and should be able to vote at 3 pm right? That's 12 hours later. Meanwhile, the "VOTE NOW" window doesn't pop up when I log into my acc panel. However, when the 12 hours have passed - the Pop-up "VOTE NOW" pops and I click it but when I try to vote it says there's ### minutes left before I can vote again. As if the timer isn't counting the 12 hours right or something. I can't rly explain it better than that.

Nope. @ Home and I'm the only one using this PC.

It's like super weird. The "VOTE NOW" Wouldn't pop up before, but it pops now. Like the session ran out, I logged back in and the "VOTE NOW" popped up again, even though I just voted like 30 mins ago. =(
I was thinking of re-installing my Mozilla but I doubt it'll help cuz I tried through IE and it didn't work either.

Any ideas on how to fix this are greatly appreciated.

 

clear cookies
restart modem / router
change ip

 

Tried clearing cookies, haven't tried pullin the cable out ( doubt it'll help but i'll give it a shot ), can't change IP unfortunately. =(

 

lol that "vote now" popup is irrelevant its actually based on u logging in to the site and not the timer u have left (like if u login and dont vote, then login again later u wont see it even though u didnt vote)

ignore it, just login, if there is no popup and u know its been 12 hours, click the "vote reward" button in the nav bar and vote anyway, itll work

that way ull be taken to the vote page right after logging in and can vote. u can also use my vote macro for this if ur too lazy to vote manually

edit: not sure if ur asking about the popup only or u have the bug where it always says u already voted and have to wait

could u copy the exact message it gives you?

as in does it say the IP already voted? or that the account already voted

if its the IP then vote on a proxy, use hotspotshield or something to get a working one assigned to you automatically. if it says account already voted then either someone is voting for you or its a database bug (that they have to fix, not you)

keep checking if ur credits r going up every 12 hours or not (or if they change at all). otherwise they will have to take a look at it. when it says account it has nothing to do with ur IP or whatever

 

My credits never change unless I get a chance to vote or donate so nope, noones voting for me.

EDIT: Last time I checked, it said My acc already voted, now it says my IP already voted.

BUMB.. it said theres 460 mins left till I can vote again 1 hour ago now it says theres 603 mins before I can vote again 1 hour later. I really need some assistance here.

I also have a problem about that yesterday when I try to vote after more than 12 hrs but still has "You are already voted 645mins"

I played with my accounts all morning and after doing everything there is and testing I came to the conclusion its our IPs/Net providers/PCs that are causing it. Has nothing to do with Gamez. Will probably have to reinstall whole windows or try changing my IP. (Please send me a private message if you find any solution,Shoelace) Feel free to close this thread, Bosses. =P Thanks to whoever tried helping, MUCHO LUV!

P.S. I sent a message to Alente. As soon as I hear from him I'll hit u up with any useful information he provides.

 

..accounts?..are you voting with only ONE account or multiple account?

 

I only vote on the acc I use aka one account. Would be obvs if i'm voting on 2 accs I wouldn't be able to vote on the 2nd one >.>

EDIT: I have a few accs, tried voting on diff accs but it didn't matter (same problem with whatever acc I use), tried voting from diff PC (Used Teamviewer and hopped on a friends pc & tried voting, which worked), with diff IP (I used a proxy on >MY PC< and suddenly voting worked just fine). The issue is in my Net Provider/IP/Windows, Imma call em tomorrow and ask for an IP change for a start, see what happens. But I'll prolly have to reinstall windows cuz im certain it's some sort of virus or infected file I got somehow. No clue really. I'm waiting for Alente to reply with a possible solution if he has one.

I personally think it's my IP. What would u say is causing it?

Could be a temporary solution to everyone having problems with it so you can vote ^^ atleast until someone comes up with a better one =p
