transfered from lumiel to siel and my skills and stigmas are missing(help)?

    as my tittle says some skills and stigmas are missing after i transfered from lumiel to siel and i have no clue how to fix that can anybody help me?i was thinking of deleting the char if theres no other choice but i like my tittle so ill just wait for a nice person to help me lawlz.....
