When they get scripted,fixed, whatever.
no one knows the date.

Not an easy thing to script. AU was working on it, and i think zetta is now, but gamez isn't allowed to use that data I believe.

Gamez is allowed to use the data of AU because it is a open source.

But for the fortress there are already private servers with the whole systeem implended but because those people don't share thing others couldn't use it.

 

No zetta. Zetta became close sourced apparently just because of Gamez. And yeah, making it open means other people get their hands on it, meaning servers lose out. So it makes sense why they are doing it, but it sucks that they are.

 

He was talking about zetta, and that's a closed source, plus AU died weeks ago and isn't continued anyone. Till recently, same people who worked on AU took over the project and named it something else.

Zero is their only CURRENT dev who has so much on his plate and is dealing with server issues not even related to gamez issues. Plus, he also was complaining about not having enough access. So this will probably not be coming soon unless they find some really good devs.

EDIT: we also must prioritize fixes. Why put sieges above fixing stuff like the memory leak, passive skills, all skills, RnG, damage, broken rifts, etc. Sieges are pretty low since they are hard and require lots of work, but are not necessary either.

 

I know AU is team stopped and that they have made new project called Aion-Lightning. And i know that Gamez had some update that the get updates from AL 2.

I am active on both forums because i want to be a dev later so i am learning some scripting like Java.( Try to get a Grade in that )

But There are still people who contribute to AU with stuff.

 

Why would anyone even want forts?

If they do become implemented then i'm sure the medals will be removed from conquering so people still donate, thus making them a lagfest for nothing.

The instances are also useless since we have no use for AP other than pots.

All having forts will do is to have another spot to camp porters, which i find dull.

Meh, i rather like strategic pvp, although I have neve been in a siege. But from what I hear, its not just some rvr. I played in a nation war in cabal after someone reminded me thats what it kinda would feel like, and man, we are really missing out on quality pvp. But thats imo.

 

the 1 sieges will be rvmvr =Race vs mob + vs race and its will let all the asmo/eloys know the sige start it will be laggy but fun so many clans sieg wep will be finnly need and tampler /glditor can use ther sieges skills :sideways: fun=)
