Im only 17, and im graduating in 1 month, i don't know what the hell ima do after highschool is over, i dont know if i ever gonna graduate ( its complicated, 75% chances i wont, this year ) . And i'm scared i get stuck at my home all my life, as i live in portugal and life here is hard. My dad and my mom are unemplyoed, i don't wanna be a burden to the house and only make expenses. Everyday im getting more and more depressed, can't eat, can't sleep. Please help, its important, i think i might be getting into depression.

Get out and do something with your life. If you are willing to work for it and put forth a lot of effort, you'll make it.

    Hard work pays off man.
Just do your best and pick yourself up.
    Confidence is important.
If you don't believe in yourself, nobody will believe in you.

First assess your self on why are you not able to graduate. Then talk to your teachers about it and ask them if there are requirements you are lacking and tell them that you will do your best to comply with it for graduation. If you are having a hard time doing it and need some people to help you, you can always go to your school's counselor and ask some guidance about your problem. Sometimes it just need a little courage to face little problems.

What you are feeling right now is normal. Anxiety mostly happens to graduating students when they think about what they will do after graduation or in other cases anxiety that they will not be able to graduate. There is no such thing as being stuck at home. It is more of a personal choice, just don't let anxiety rule over you.

Be progressive, be positive and be productive. Successful people usually don't wait for things to happen, they make things happen. If you are just going to sit down and think about negative things like you don't know what to do after graduation or if you are scared that you will be at home for the rest of your life, nothing will happen. BUT if you think of ways to be able to help your family and start doing something about it, then you make a difference which is also a good learning experience that will create a foundation for you to strive harder.

Be optimistic and you'll surely be able to see life in a different perspective.

    Tis a fact.

People can help you forget for the time their talking to you yes but it will not get rid of your depression, like Hitaki said work hard and be confident it'll pay off. Follow your goals whatever you want to be if you want it bad enough then work hard for it until you achieve it.

How bad do you want to help yourself and your parents? How bad do you want to graduate? You can't just be like "i want to graduate", you need to fully dedicate yourself to it. I strongly advise you to watch this video. It's about how to be successful in life.
