connection to game

i cant connect to the game i can connect to website but not the game....hows this work?

 

are u getting an error when u try to connect to the game?

 

the only error i get is id password dont match

 

Uh... I do.
it craches whenever i try to connect, but it only seems to do that when i use slushe's item.pak file

 

are you connecting through the gamez launcher, and not the ncsoft launcher?

 

yea through gamez launcher kuz i have a nc accnt too want to play gamez

 

im not sure why it would say the pw dont match, the only thing i can think of, is that, u were using the ncsoft launcher, or ur not typing in ur gamez account

try making another account, make sure caps lock is off, etc. If you are using it to connect to the gamez server, it should connect. Maybe try reinstalling the launcher and with another account

 

do i have to register my accnt through my email some how?

to make sure it wasnt nc i typed in my accnt and it didnt work

 

Now are you sure you installed gamez and are using a GAMEZ account, or did you instal Crystal and are using a gamez account or vice versa? thats the only other problem I can think of

 

did u check ur email? cant remember if u have to click something in an email to activate ur acc

 

nothing has shown up in my email.... and my brother plays gamez instead of closed.. so i know im not do anything wrong all i had to do was create an accnt

did you create one for crystal aion and not gamez? And did you make sure you are typing your id and pw in correctly (caps matter and stuff)

 

how would i do all that.... when i did it through gamez website? i dont want to redownload the darn thing it really shouldnt have to come to that.... my brother played it all i should have had to do is create an account.... some how register it... when it doesnt send anything to my email... im not typing caps im typing it right....

So your brother's account works just fine? And you are using it through the same computer? I think then it must be some issue as to how you registered, or it could be a server side issue, with your account never entering the database (can you log in at the website??).

Until you sort it out, you can always enter your bro's account and make a character there lol

 

lol yea true... yes i am using the same CPU where do i resister then i mean ive made two email accnts for this server.... and neither of them work

 

can u give the url of where u registered real quick?
