Donation via MobileF1rst credits not recieved but its payed!

Hi,

I donated over the website and i did it by mobilef1rst,

i sended the text like the popup window said to 4004, ( im from holland )
and i received the text messages back.

After that nothing happend not on the popup nor the gamezaion website,
and my credits stayed the same as before.

i do like this reviewed because it is money.

its not instant, the payment has to be varified, wait up to 48 hours i beleave ^_^

 

2 days ago it went within the 10 minutes.....

 

some take longer then others, depends how many donations they are getting at the time bro, just relax and wait, i normally get my credit 3 days after i donate lol i have to donate in advanced if i need anything on a cirtin day

 

i can wait but 2 days ago i got an Transaction code from the donation, now i didnt even got that,
Like it got cut off even do i payed the site wouldnt go further

 

Had the same thing with BOXPay today i donated 4€ (560 credits) to get my VIP Activated.

All the 3 Vinks were green, the sms was send to me and the 4€ is gone but it said : payment failed.

So i started an injury but i'm still waiting <_<.

lets wait and see i guess.

 

well your lucky you've received a message, i didn't even got anything after i payed. all screens stayed the same

 

I donated 7€(1kcredits) ,my money got taken and i received a message payment fail.....and got no credits ( ....and that was 2 days ago...so im still waiting.

 

cam someone teach me how donate with sms?

 

With SMS Donations, they send you a pin code via text message.

With that, you have to enter it into the payment options window for verification of the payment.

If you have not received credits in 24-48 hours proceed to make an inquiry with the method you have chosen to donate with as they are pretty much the only ones who are able to do much about failed transactions / verification. We don't control their systems, only ours which get a notice from them about how much should be allotted.

^^; Sorry for the delay, but with credits there is not to much we can do unless they go missing or negative and you have really really good proof to back your claim up there.

I sended them an injury with the required proofs, all i can do is wait now i guess ?
99% of the times i donated with sms it's instant but now it got messed up =/
Also i see other ppl having some issues.

 

same here i am still waiting, The money went from my account so that means I DID payed, now where are my credits?
The inquiry didnt helped me alot because i still need to wait?...

Proof yea i have proof i received the messages and also i made screenshots of everything but than again whats the point?

its starting to look a bit like scam this way...

True man i'm still waiting aswell, it's only 4Euro (many ppl would say only 4Euro ??) yea well it's still money u know.

Normally i always use BOXPay and MobileF1rst here because in 99% of the cases it's always instant for me.
But now it seems i'm not the only one that is having issue's.

 

True True , i just sended another inquiry because i did payed 2 times 15 euro's.. and yea it is money it doesn't matter about the amount.

and 6 days ago i did it for the first time and i got the credits right after the payment so why this happened now sucks really bad

 

bah bah and bah, still not received my Credits , how long is it gonna take?
can any ADMIN or someone in charge help me out?
i have proof that i payed at the time , date , i even have screenshots of it and photos of my mobile that received the messages.

its a good server and such and its prob not gamezaion's fault but i do still want my credits because i payed for it!

yea i donated 10k credits through payment wall. Got the ss's from my account(still 25 credits) and i got the SS from my paypal account and it shows the money/transaction was done and completely yet no credits yet..*sigh*

Your issue is with the company that processes the donations not gamez. The only thing you can really do is wait for their support to either push your transaction through or refund your purchase amount.

yeah same here n still waiting 3 days already! i sent like 2x pm to carl 2-3x e-mails to admin gamezaion,1x to alente ( but i know he cant do anything bout it) and 2x injury 1x e-mail to mobile 1st ( 2x time it says fail delivery so i gotta find out another e-mail )
and i donated like almost €11 also not much but enough to get my vip =_=
