To admins/gm pls help

i need help i excedently extracted my elite archon tribuns pauldrons(elite lvl 50)i got the stones in my inv 2x lvl 55 i didnt want to do this,can u pls get me back,i jut donated and got them and misscliked and couldnt stop it..pls help me..pls

 

I don't think there is anything they can do, since its impossible to make sure you are telling the truth with 55 stones. If you had say level 83 stones, it may be different, but any joe schmoe can claim their level 55 stones were donation gear. Now, I am not saying you are doing this, but I don't think they can check. Plus, I doubt they would give you a new one since it was caused by you and not some bug.

I am not trying to be mean, just realistic.

 

i got screnshot,they can check the database..no reason i would lie or anything i bought the set like today like few hours ago..enchanted it..wanted to manaslot it and pressed extract..i saw it and couldnt stop..i wouldnt lie or anything..i got ss of lvl 55 stones..i got exact lvl 55 stones i got in my inv..

 

See, the DB does not show this (i think). And of course, I never accused you of lying. i said that its impossible to verify. You may have screenies of the 55 stone, but do you have screenies of you extracting the 55 gear? Because if you don't, it means nothing. Although I think they can check (Carl that is) to make sure you donated and bought gear, then check all your inventory.

I honestly can't give an answer as to if they will do it or not, but I would not get my hopes up. But man, that sucks inched:

 

ima about to cry seriously..i just got that set..after w8ting 12hours..finnaly got the set..and i couldnt evens top the extract progress i will kill myself...

 

please take a screen shot, you might be able to get it back but i dunno, pssttt theres a part where is says the item name when you extract stuff you need that bud !

 

u should probably also post a screenshot of ur history from gamezaion website. it tells when u bought the item. Also, only head GMs can spawn items so ur gonna have to wait for them to see this thread or u need to pm them.

 

how can it ake that screenshot? i got all on firefox history add item all parts how can u screenshot it?

 

Take of screenshot of your history in the credit purchase shop if you purchased them from credit shop.

@ryang You can't even get higher than L70 on this server anyway, that's how it's bugged. Even in retail it's not guaranteed that you get a good stone from 50e gear.

If it's about donation items, I think Carl can probably help you out. I'm sure everyone makes mistakes in their life

 

Joshlin is such a nice person.

Take an SS of your purchased item history by pressing the key that says print screen on your keyboard. Then open paint and press paste. Save the file. You will also want to upload a copy of your log file as further proof.

he did it on 55 gear. So i assume 55 gear gives higher than lv70 stones possibly.

 

Whats your problem with him dude. He is a human so mistakes are forgiven. Dont act like you are someone fault-less.


I hope he gets his item back. It sucks to do a mistake like that.
