Donation problem

    I donated for Mastasrius's Greatsword around 15minutes ago but I haven't received it yet. Why I'm posting is because immediately after I purchased the sword I also grabbed a black dye stack and a stack of lvl 145 enchanting stones which I did get when I logged in but no sword.

    Is it some glitch?

    PM carl and email admin@gamezaion.com with a pic of your inventory and a pic of your history (ON THE WEBSITE). That should be more than enough proof to get it added/refunded
