Just a quick tip since I noticed you doing this in hide sometimes.....

When playing as an assassin with apply poison buffs on your weapons, be careful when you have your weapons drawn because it will definitely show up in your enemies' combat logs, which warns them that an assassin is near.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WALL OF TEXT IS ALL ADVICE.. PRETTY MUCH...

You guys prolly saw me around, (Redpoweranger) as well as my QQ about the zergs.. but to use skills while chasing someone, its a bit complicated and not many people, including pro sins, know how to do it quickly.

The trick is, you jump, stop pressing 'W' or what ever movement key, and u can use a skill as well as a weave (regular attack). You can shoot a bow backwards this way too.

Pretty much the only skills you can use while chasing tho are: Swift Strike chain, Rune Carve > Sigil Strike, Venomstrike, Surprise Attack, Weakening blow, Pain Rune, Binding Rune, Blood Rune (useless on gamez since it doesn't remove buffs like aethertwisting and FE like retail, but thats another matter), Needle Rune (useless as well), Radiant rune, Dash Attack, Ambush. Actually it's a lot of skills.. but a lot of the damage comes from weaves, or regular attacks. Keep in mind that Needle and Blood Runes are useless for Attack based sins, respectively.

BUT.. the first two attacks from Fang strike "hold" your enemy, basically pulling them towards you if you are in range. Great for runners or rangers for example.

Also, I almost never start with ambush. Ambush is great for that moment where you're about to die and you need a stun. It's also great when your enemy has used remove shock alrdy because of another stun u've used, or deadly poison proc.

My friend Renarch once told me he dueled the famed "DarkSwordsMan".. the so-called best sin EVER in Korean retail. He said the fight went like so:

    Killer's Eye > Regular attack+Venomstrike > Regular attack+ambush > regular attack + rune carve+sigil strike.

and Renarch was killed. Keep in mind, sins SHOULD NOT have a rotation, but a skill priority based on the other person's buffs. ALWAYS watch the other's buffs. Another thing is, regular attacks should be implemented in between almost EVERY skill or chain skill,ONLY the skill's animation. Making you hit just as fast as before, but with basically twice the damage.

Also! a technique called "jump-shotting" can be used with your buffs to cancel the animation and to cancel the sound! This may not seem useful, but even a lot of pro players watch buffs based on the animation, and as a sin myself, I know FE's and aethertwisting's animation and most other class's buffs by heart, by jump-"buffing" these, you can sometimes throw off the other players, for example, making another sin use ambush when you've used FE. Also.. this is helpful when you are buffing next to someone in hide. When I hear someone buffing next to me, I know its a sin.. and what do i do? I hide right away or use aethertwisting by jump-buffing it. cancel's the stun. When you're next to someone and you jumpbuff, you can be sure that you can safely gank them without them being alert of your presence. *If you are behind them. If you're in the front of them, like ixgeedee said, they'll see your buffs in the chat menu.

Keep in mind, low ping, like 100ms or lower, makes weaving (regular attacks between skills, with only the skill's animation) sooo much easier. This so-called best sin had 20 ping on korean retail. If you are a high ping player, Sin is A LOT harder to use. On retail I had about 50-80 ping. Here, I have as much as 100-300ping, which gets really annoying.

anyway... those are just a few of the MANY tricks I know, feel free to ask me ingame and I can maybe show u sometime.

Sorry for the wall of text, hope this helps about the advice portion! LOL

P.S. I don't use extendable weapons, if you have ABG dagger ABG sword, your attack speed is the same as it is with 2 daggers... and the damage between and ext+abg is far worse than the damage of abg+abg. Just keep in mind... Extendables change your range from 2 meters to 4 meters.. IMO, 2m makes absolutely no comparison to the damge boost you get from using 2 abg weapons..

It doesn't seem like you're really weaving much, try and do it before everyskill. I was never a huge fan of the QD stigma tree since it was more of a "kill in 4 seconds, or die" kinda tree. Since all your cool downs are so long. I go with a hybrid with Venemous strike, and usually start a fight with that (If I'm ganking).

Hybrid always felt like it was more constant damage, instead of one burst, and it gave you more running skills to use. With animations that allow you to run while using them.

Tell your friend he can jump-cast ripclaw strike. =) Makes the ripclaw / rune a little faster.

If you keybind Q to something like rune carve, and E to something like swift edge it makes chasing and weaving so much easier--at least for me.

Cool vid! I enjoyed it. =)
