ID or password does not match (2)

I have used the same ID and password which I used to log in Gamezaion website to log in game but I have receiveed the message "ID or password does not match (2) " (I've also used copy & paste the password). This problem occured when I changed my password. Please help me figure out what problem is happening. My ID is kits14. Thanks !!!

 

Try remaking the account and logging in. If you did it correctly, might be something with the php file. Could've been altered.

 

Huh? You did changed your password? Did you check your email? If you didn't, the password will never change... Try your old password or go to check your mail and click to change it... Hopes it will help~

 

Did you download the GamezAion Launcher?

 

I checked the email already, and the after I click at the link in my email, I recevied an annoucement that "Your password has been changed". I used new password to log in website and I could do that. I also tried to use all of my old password but I still couldnt log in game ! The problem here is that with the same password, why I can log in web but cant log in game !!!

I used another account and the game still runs smoothly with it!

 

When I started to play GamezAION, I experienced the same issue.
I just made a new account with less then 12 password digits and it worked...

Don't know about you, but it worths a try.

 

I am now having the same issue. I have not altered my password, nor have I reinstalled the game or anything prior. I was playing the game 4 hours ago, and now come time to login again, this is the error message I get. "ID or Password does not match (2)"

Please help, I do not want to lose the characters/gear I have worked up to at this point by recreating a new account.
