How did you come up with your character name?

Aeskiel - Came from the words "Ace" & "Ezekiel".

-Ace, aside from being number one, it also is a

hidden advantage or resource kept in reserve until needed.
- Ezekiel, it meant (strength of god) in the bible. Ain't religious though.


Furyroo- Came from the words "Fury" & "roué[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]"

-Fury, Violent anger; extreme wrath; rage. Vixen.
-roue, a rake-- someone who is very much passionate, devoted to a life of sensual pleasure.


Yep. Creating names with deep meanings are fun indeed. ​

 

Dioxide (I don't use it anymore) - I originally got the name "Dioxide" on WoW in like 2006/2007, after sitting on character creation menu trying to think of things to use, and I used the periodic table to think of things.

Edixoid - Reversed the name "Dioxide", nothing special. Got used to the name over time and it became a main alias of mine.

Xoidlar - took the "xoid" from Edixoid and made it into a new name.
Voidlar - named my warlock in WoW this, huehuehuehue voids.
Zoidlar - further lack of creativity on my part

Psychonaut - Urban Dictionary: psychonaut I don't actually do this but I think the name sounds awesome, and its an amusing thought to play around with

Gottwald - Since my name irl is Jeremiah, I played around with a sorc named Gottwald in GamezAion for a while, named after Jeremiah Gottwald of Code Geass.

Lucent - Lucent was originally supposed to be an alt account of mine that nobody would figure out. I made a signature out of my favorite anime character, Yin (Darker Than Black) and I was trying to figure out something to name my account that related to her. Then I thought of the moon, as Yin loves moonlight. I thought of things that related to the moon, and eventually ended up with Lucent.

Lucentia/Lucentoid/Lucene - All related names to Lucent after taking it on as my main alias/character name

Nascent - While it doesn't actually mean the opposite, Nascent -sounds- like its the opposite of Lucent so I use it sometimes to convey a darker character type (ie: Asmodian, Sith, etc.)

Moe is also a short-cut.. my real name is Moritz and my second name is Morgan so: MOritz MOrgan = Momo

Neifirst - Is the name of my favorite boss from Phantasy Star 2. This game was the first RPG to ever kill off a main character.
Spoiler alert * It was very interesting as a child of the 80s to run across a game where Humans are the invading species

Once in a while, I still go back and play this game through on my original Genesis.

Jireh-my name.. my Mom got my name from the bible, Jehovah Jireh means God the provider.. my name is hebrew which means "to provide"
Jayri - people call me this way.. people call me Jayrei too
Jayrah- the way my name should be pronounced
Jaiazul(my very epic ign ) - Jay + blue(I love the color blue) = Jaiazul

I just use my name in naming my chars cause it will take forever for me to think a good ign.. O.O

Delicatesin - DELICATE SIN, there is a missing space. Was an old band name.
Shameful - Old name from retail.
Shiloah - What can I say, I love Repo! The Genetic Opera.
