Aion lags too much ..

Duh,i have just bought new PC and aion is lagging on the lowest graphics.
Here take a look.

Proccesor: Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.000GHz (2CPU)
Memory: 3072MB OF RAM
Geforce GT 220 Memory 2194MB.

I think i've got powerfull PC to run aion without lagging... IDK what to do..

If it says you should run it fine, then there is something wrong with the system, my best guess would be some registry errors or drivers that need updates.

is your internet connection is what?

 

My NET connection is 2.0MB/s I'm from Georgia.

 

that also might be an issue,

there are 2 major issues when it comes to online gaming; latency and FPS. Getting a better PC/graphics card really helps with the FPS and getting a better net helps with the latency.

type "/ping" in game. if your ping is above 500 maybe that the problem

this site has a major inaccuracy so does the yougamers site. the problem is that these tests completely disregard how multithreaded games r (how many cores they support). like with me lol, i have quad core (virtual 8 core) but runs at 1.6ghz each yea they tell me i can run stuff perfectly but its no use when a game only supports lets say 2 xD

but yea since he has only 2 that could work. although i prefer just googling the game reqs and judging myself. and yea, he didnt even say his fps or ping so cant help him yet

edit: i probably know the major reasons

1. if u get the 3.0 client (even if u downgrade), u have the high quality graphics engine on by default (very demanding, kills fps)
2. sometimes it autodetects that u should have antialiasing on (heavily processor intensive with no real graphics improvement)

and yea shadows kill ur performance a lot too

 

Where the site isn't completely accurate, it can still give you a general idea where you issue lies.

 

try use game booster?

 

it doesnt even include the high quality graphics engine an entirely different set of reqs. anyways he still needs to give us info like fps, ping and maybe SS his advanced graphics settings. and yea hes using the high quality engine so thats an issue too

That's probably because you're running a 32bit OS. It'll only display 3g Memory.

 

pentium 4? wtf? dude! when im using dual core i lag bad.. its your processor.. pentium 4 can barely run windows 7 ><

Your processor is old,might still not be THAT BAD but man..its old

Your ram is not much,but for aion i think its ok,their speed matters too,maybe you could tell us their speed.

Your graphic card is not good at all,i have a better graphic card,much better i think and my aion still lags.

Now you will ask WHY,well..thats a big question,aion lags because your graphic card or your CPU or something else isnt fast enough to handle all the people in your screen and all the NPCs,i know that you have noticed when you port at inggison or gelkmarons city,your pc hangs while the npcs start showing in your screen,and same goes when you pvp. You just need a better pc.

Your Ping has nothing to do with graphic lag. I know people with 500 ping who have a great pc and they can record with zero lag,you ll notice the delay cause their ping sucks but you wont see any graphic lag.
