Requesting help of staff members

Hi, I'm new here. Uhh I had a bug with a quest and sent alente a pm asking for help... Was I supposed to do that or is there a thread for that?

what quest do you need help with? if it's a campaign quest in verteron requiring you to pull a mob near some guards, you'll need 2 people for that.. if it's not, let me know.. as long as it's elyos campaign quest, I think I can help you ^^

however if the quest is actually bugged you would most likely need to move on since no one's going to reset it

 

Umm it is bugged but it's a quest item that got bugged... It's calydon candy for the quest "the calydon ruins"... It bugged and then disappeared. I read in a thread that I should contact alente or someone else (forgot the name) as they are they only ones capable of inserting an item into a players inventory.

 

Uhh that thread is closed... Or is it already posted?

EDIT: actually you were right with sending Alente a pm..the only thing u can do is now wait as the item will need to be added to your inventory manually as the quest cannot be reset so reporting it as a bug wont fix it,although it may prevent future bugs of that quest for others

most likely,if you receive a reply from alente.
until then i would suggest to just move on as there is not much that can be done
and getting it fixed can take a while such as weeks ;C

did you use the candy in the bridge tho? all you need to do is use it in the bridge, doesn't matter how you do the quest after that since the candy lasts for barely a minute or 2. if you didn't even do that, then I guess you'll have to wait for alente or bryne to show up..

Yeah I used it on the bridge... I waited for about 10 seconds after it froze and then just charged in... Although you might be able to help me if you go with me (depending on your level/strength) and kill all the calydons so I can copy the artifacts or whatever they are
