Ok, he has the glitch, but I don't see him abusing it in that vid. He never attacked you.

 

He actually did and massacred like 2-3 of our members which then forced us to run away and retreat

It's spawn protection, but there are several ways to bypass the spawn protection and attack while protected.

This video worths nothing as long as he didn't attack you...

Btw... The only way how to get Spawn proctected is if you Teleport... or just spawn at kisk.... and that was Neither.soooo.... lol

look at log... one person killed a Group...? Yeh Right... and i kinda Had to Act Fast... 30 sec fraps... Not 1 min... lol.... He waas kind of Attacking me... So i didn't have the time to hit f9.

 

imho it's not about whether the character in question is attacking or not, it's about him abusing a glitch and don't make it an excuse that he doesn't know that he was glitched or not. He obviously knows that he was glitched cause he was standing in Elyos' flight teleporter without being hit a single time and for all I know he was laughing it all-out in front of his PC, a clear definition of mockery to the game and to everyone else playing it fair. I say ban him. Period.
