does ABG become obsolete on 3.0?

If you own ABGs i suggest you to keep them,because even though 3.0 items will be better,abg will still be strong. But dont spend your credits right now for ABGs better wait.. Im not sure whether 3.0 items are much better or just better or a little better. We ll see when its out,im just sticking to my ABG items for now,at least to those that i need (chain and plate probably).

 

yea theres a problem with that though. u cant make the req higher coz theres a limit on the higher ranks (and the req is going up at a crazy rate ). at the same time, if the rank req was higher, the ranks would never change lol. the high rank people would just grab the set and stay there xD

anyways considering the prices i dont think its an issue. not that many people will be able to afford it

 

come to think of it. i haven't checked out anything, it's been 7 months since i stopped playing, i seldomly log it in so my account wont be erased. nothing new ryt?

 

i checked them on retail, between ABG and AC (Archon Commander <- new items' name) stats there isn't too much difference, a bit higher pvp def, mres, eva, hp, for example def lower a bit, and AC has new stat called Magic Penetration or something like this.

i didn't checked the weapons but what can i think AC weapons have a little more dmg, hp, acc, so just as always

u know nerfing the new gear would be really shooting themselves in the foot 3.0 is a gold mine when the entire server trashes abg and starts going for a lvl 60 pvp set that nobody has lol

I think you need the rank to wear it anyway. Of course they might wanna take that req off in gamez, as the less people can wear it the less they would be gaining from donations=less profit.

The new top abyss sets armor and weapons are much better then what is out now. The magic cancel as well as the magic defense with more MR and base stats will force people to change the way they play. The day of people thinking Resist Resist Resist makes them pro will learn how pro they really are when skills land. But then again when your out trying to solo and a army runs you over calling you a scrub does it matter is the question? No gear no armor not even sure a GM using Wrath of the Developer would live against the crap running around Gelk and igg.

 

well anyways im saving my money to for lvl 60 gear They can keep prize 2500 credits per peace but make 25 dollars about 10 k credits could be fine

 

that what i mean, as we know NCC and abg will be devalue, i think 2500 is good price for new items. And obiusly we want the best gear in normal shop. we dont want to wait until special shop to buy it like NCC. NCC rock in remos and some stats, but this new items is crapy skins

 

after months of absent,I play gamez again... with plan to play with full donation gears this time.
and I thought after 2.7.0.2, there'll be only 2.7.0.3 - 2.7.0.4 - 2.7.0.5 slowly till 3.0 '_'
...and fu--in official server got updated to 3.0!!!! xD fuuuu--- xO already wasted my money on 6 abg parts (not a complete set yet) xD
not cheap for me in my region (SEA)

guess those 6 are some wasted credits... sucks to be me

if the 3.0 comes the server will be laggy as hell as much in 2.7 XD. maybe i will quit i will give my credits

or maybe make full WIPE after 3.0 ! Fresh start is fresh
