Did you check if the credits were returned?also check the warehouse.if the item is still missing take.a.screenshot of your purchase history and then a screenshot of all of the characters inventory /warehouse.after you have gathered all of the proof,send. theres a problem. judging by the fact that it disappeared i bet he bought it from black cloud trader instead of web shop which leaves no purchase history

also when u get expensive stuff, always relog. the character saves in the database every login/logout, meaning when the server crashed, ur char wasnt saved and everything got reversed

however the credits will not come back as that change is permanent. they could check your character logs if you give them account/char name and approximate time (if those at least stayed there)

otherwise i doubt anybody can help you. at least it wasnt a really expensive item

I didn't buy it from black cloud trader, it was bought with credits, but also, where can I find my personal "purchase history"?
I was in the process of reloging right after I remodeled my sword but it was right when the server started to lag like hell. After the 10 seconds was up it lingered around and then the game just shut off. I was trying to log off as soon as possible, I just had bad luck lol. Had no idea it was going to crash ...
And also, I don't lie to get items, and I wouldn't lie to get a scrawny 500 credits worth of items I could wait 5 days to get.
I'm unemployed for the moment, and I am very... verrrry patient.

 

black cloud trader IS credits they just call it toll ingame (its like a web shop but with an ingame interface, icon attached to ur minimap)

if u were logged off and bought it on the website, go to the item list as if u wanted to buy another item and at the top theres a purchase history button. screenshot that and post it here

So now I should give them the aprox. time I bought the item with my account name and my character name? Because I can do that, I know when I bought the item, it was around 5 minutes before the server crash, and I posted a comment on the server reboot thread like 5 minutes after it crashed.

 

well if u bought it on the website there is a written record of you buying the item, so posting that is evidence enough

 

Didn't buy it on the website hah, if I would have known this I would have never used the in game shop, learning experience I guess and THANK YOU for telling me. I'll do what you suggested and tell an AM my account name and character name and the time I bought the item and let them know what's going on. IF I can ever get ahold of one lol.

u can use .gmlist ingame and whisper one or just drop them a PM here. however only alente can give items back, but they can pass it to him

 

will be a long shot, you will probably get the 500 credits (fenrir weap) faster via voting than the refund.

 

yea thats why i said hes lucky its just a cheap wep there have been people losing a whole abg set etc coz of a server crash back in the days when it crashed daily for like 8 hours

 

We have spoken in-game.
The Black Cloud Traders Shop doesn't leave history of items bought, and without any kind of proof there's nothing we can do about it.
I suggest people to buy stuffs in the website shop, or take some proof of the purchase.
I'm really sorry for your loss though.

hello, i start to play today and i dont have items, im vip today thing that i didnt,i think that is the new form that send u a page promising u free credits but.. i try to change the password and it dont works, after it i take a picture of y intem on the page of gamezaion..maybe answers about this theme about if i can get my things again, and if the change password request could fixed thank you.
