And yes that would help only if we had updates every 3 days or 1 week, and no once per month or once per 60 days...
whats the point of that?,, even if we reported u all the buggs that we have.. 1 year is not enough for developers to fix current buggs with that rythm.. and i dont want to mention that from every update they creating even more buggs!!


and ofc yea AM's have nothing to do with updates...but we want In games GM's not forum GM's that some logging say a hello, banning hackers from report section and leaving the game...

I can agree with that, I've been trying to spread myself thin between both servers of late, to keep from being one of those "forum GMs" that you refer to. We actually just did a bunch of staff cleaning recently, and I personally think that its helped to keep from people being just that, forum AMs.

Also, in regards to bugs and other miscellaneous things, I would rather personally, as a player, wait a bit to make sure that bug fixes are tested, and that theres actually enough TO issue an update/reboot with. I know it'd drive me absolutely insane if I were online playing and a server reboot had to be issued every couple of hours to fix one or two minor things. That's how our updates generally are, at least 30-70 different fixes applied every time one is issued. Now tell me, would you rather go through that many random reboots on Siel

Actually yes. I wouldnt midn seeing the server reboot every 5 hours for updates. Reboots will only get less and less.
Now we get updates and fixes to npc's and such every 2 weeks. Ofcourse crapping 70 updates inthere won't be a problem. Specially when they are prolly hand delivered in a SVN update

And lol. Bug fixes tested? Since when do they test fixes around here?

 

They just copy & paste updates in here from retail and then they just disable 90% of the features that 3.0 has to offer and then they put that in the credit shop and everybody keeps buying it And then they call theirself: Retail-Like.

But instead of actually FIXING some bugs even the easy ones like a droplist fix or draining blow chain skill that seems to be a bridge to far.

An Example: How long did people beg on forums to get stormwing dropped? a year or more.

I can't imagine 3.0 instances when half of the 2.7 instances aren't even working properly (padma etc).

Also the AM Team here is one big mess.

Logging in to host events to get some special points to buy their fancy glitter AM Shop items.
And then logging out and not giving a fk.
