Why my acc its empty?

I just logged today and i saw my character naked,no abg no nothing,all abg and all i haved are missing,even my greater sigma are missing,wtf is this?can some1 explaine this?at the first sight i was thincked that is a bug or somthing but.......
nobody knewed my id passwd,i dint knive to any1,i dint encaunter any fake gms lately .....nothing....
I rlly need some answers....i worked for all this s _ _ t 1 year and now im finding naked.I NEED ANSWERS.......from gm's......and how the hell can i make my gear back.......imma angry because i dont know how protected are the id's and passwd of the players ATM on gamez.
the account its the players responsability,but what responsability if i dint make NOTHING WRONG TO GIVE MY ID AND PASSWD,im not STUPID or RETARD.Even u belive me or not,i think the accounts are not very good protected....it was imposible to wole up naked in pande.
Who can help me with some info?its scam or bug?

 

Maybe ur account got hacked or the probly answer is if u were afk for more than like 7-8 months (i read dat somewhere) ur acc will be cleaned... all stuff gets deleted... :s

 

well first of all calm down, if u rage people will just turn away and not wanna help u. second, ur claim that its gamez fault and databases fault simply coz u didnt give ur login away is unfounded. if it was a database issue, there would be large quantities of players with empty accounts by now yet you seem to be the only one atm.

the most common reasons for getting scammed r
1. account sharing
2. net cafes or public places where people see you type your login
3. keyloggers (net cafes or from 3rd party programs)

have u ever posted a screenshot on the forums, either from the login screen or the website purchase history? once u give away ur account name, they can brute force it

was ur password safe enough? a safe password should be 8+ characters with letters and number, preferably something you will not find in a dictionary

yea its around 7 months but usually they delete the whole account (or whole characters), they dont delete items from existing characters

im not sharing my acc
i dont use 3rd party programs
i nevah post on forum because i dont like to be in public,i play for fun,idont need to be a star in the forum,i keep low profile and enjoy the server....
the only proof that i have its some printscreens maked by mistake with my gear
+MANY PEAPLE CAN CONFIRM that i was full abg.and not good friends,players that i meet every day in pande and i chat with them.

 

let me ask differently (since ur account is empty): were u VIP the last time u saw ur items? r u VIP now?

also check if u still have ur pets and titles. if u r VIP and u werent be4 then u got scammed. if u arent and all ur stuff is gone then it would be possible for it to be a database bug

edit: check if ur credits amount changed too

 

So this means if I get VIP I can get scammed easily? :unsure:

 

I maked vip this morning,and after that i needet to go away from home.....after i reached home i found my acc empty.
Title and abys points are still there,the pets...well i din't have any pets.......
I DIN"T MAKE NOTHING WRONG....i know the rules.......and now this.My ID and passwd are strong

 

no lol, what im doing is trying to establish whether its a bug or he got scammed. if he didnt have VIP and he has it now, its clear some1 logged him and traded the items away. if hes not VIP, it means nobody traded the armor and the chances of someone bothering to delete all his items while they cant trade them away r low.

getting VIP has no influence over the likelihood of someone scamming u just makes it more profitable to try and do so

this means someone knew ur login for a long time and was waiting for u to go VIP. if ur items were there just be4 u got VIP and werent after u got it then yea u got scammed

its not the first time i heard a story like this

 

His Greater Stigma's are missing and that confuses me.
No hacker's interested about getting the stigmas lol,so might be really a database bug or w/e.

 

Any solution what should i do?i was full abg and now all abg missing....even my greater stigma missing.kinah,my wings sw are there and the other consumable etc

 

oh really greater stigmas cost a crapload of AP and can be sold later on or used by the scammer. u dont destroy the stigmas, u unequip them. so yea its profitable to take them too

The Greater stigmas,can be buyed with kinah,im from lumiel server.....sow what the hell,i feel like i got raped....
the greater stigmas are cheap on lumiel.....

 

if u actually donated for all this stuff, u can ask them to check who logged ur account (they have IPs) and where the items went (trade logs). give them a time frame during which u lost it to make the search easier

another question: did ur character move from the spot where u last stood? i know its possible they could go to him to trade but still, if he moved then its obvious

 

have you gave your pass out to anyway? or shared your account? or went on any link. if so probably got hacked. ;3 I'm sorry! But if your 100% sure you didn't get a gm/am you investigate your account or something.

I REPEAT,im not very calm now,i just sayed at first page,
i dint share my acc
i dint give to nobody my acc
i dont use 3rd party program
i dint talk with any gm or fake gm lately

 

well if u only ever log from ur house, make them check the log IPs for the past 2-3 days, if its different today then some1 else was on it and took ur stuff

 

not rlly easy.....the biggest problem its that,my mail that i use on this acc i forgot the passwd...
i dont use this mail...and i forgot the passwd .....why?well
my mail that i use it every day its alwready with 1 acc on lumiel ,with an ely character....but i was transfered to asmo and needet to make another account sow that means another mail.......and now i cant log on that.
its sow bullshit..........why the hell this happened......

 

Lol,so if there's really a hack happens that hacker should be really in great need rofl.Imagine how he spend time just to get that cheap stigmas and trade to his own char,lame imo.
