Why my acc its empty?

im sow sad.....i readet more post about scamed acc' and i saw that no gm's helped the scamed players,they want proof,what proof?im not nostradamus to know that tomorow i will be scam (i hope that alente or any GM to read this MESSAGE)i just have some ss maked by mistake from now 1 week ago,and the players.i nevah see a scamed player to win this proces and to get back hes gear.this its demoralize me much....many players told me to pot this on forum...but for what?i dont think any1 cares about my problems,just some good players

 

if u have solid proof that the account really did belong to u, then u can submit it here, they can change ur email or ur password for u

so yea make a new email for which u know the login and get it changed overhere. and yea u can ask them for help, though they generally say ur account is ur responsibility

at the same time u saying u got scammed and u dont have access to ur own email makes it fishy and less likely for them to bother

i have seen a few get their stuff when they had enough evidence (videos, screenshots, trade logs, donation proof or whatnot). generally the more the better

and yea u know about the scammers here already, its always safer to have evidence of ur gear. u still have ur purchase history if u bought on the website, that can help u too

edit: damn, just remembered a guy who tried to "get his stuff back" in a similar way a long time ago. he traded his gear away on a proxy and claimed he got scammed so he and his friend could have full gear for free. so yea good luck lol

The server have more and more problems evry day is getting more bad and all the players lose all and they team of Gms dont do eny stuff and that the problem why i don't donate

 

riiiiight lol liked u donate if the server was fine of course u wouldnt. people who would have donated donated anyway, the rest just vote for it and get it free

the gms dont have enough access to be able to take care of most issues so cant blame them either blame the devs for breaking stuff all the time if u really want some1 to blame and carl for not hiring a real dev who knows what hes doing

as said by smartik, and saying by myself as Ex AM, No proof, no refound and seriously, even with proofs its most prolly hard to get everything back.. why? Because each player is responsible of his own account security.

even if you voted, and then purchased the items via the gamez site, you have the purchase history which will show the items you did buy with the vote credits. Make a screenshot of it and send it to an AM/SAM/Admin OR post it in this thread right here but make sure to "hide" your username =) (paint will do the work)

Well I think adding a feature in Gamez website which enables you to see the last IP who logged in your account would be very helpful. I see this happened in some of the Pservers I played so why not try it on Gamez. It helps players to know if their accounts were used or logged in by other people aside from them.

 

Okay! Hi there.

Firstly, It is rather rude to believe that we do not wish to help you. As we do have personal lives to attend to which, in a way do over-ride the necessity to be sitting in front of our screens all the time as well as being in game. However we do check all the time when possible and log in as well =p.

Now, onto your issues.

Your saying that you happened to randomly lose all your items for no apparent reason. Somehow, I wonder how that could be true as I have been playing here for god knows how long off hand. Have never lost anything at all, why is that? I am sure that if there were issues with the databases and account security I am sure that somewhere along the lines I would have made such a post seeing as how I have had in the past a ridiculous amount of crap on my account.

I do feel bad that you think you lost everything, yet. As with everyone else who has had a similar issue, our policy is account security is the players responsibility as the databases are as secure as they can be. Meaning that no one has access to them outside of Server Administration (Carl, Alente). That also means that no one would be able to simply get into the database and blow up your account as I do doubt given the fact that the two mentioned above have no need for taking players items as it would be laughable to frankly.

As said by Smartik1 (No I am not quoting here as it would simply take WAY to long and make this a longer wall of text than it needs to be). There are very few ways to actually lose your items and or account in general. As you have stated that you have not played in an unsafe environment (i.e. Your Home), and that you have not given out your account information (to either a scammer or a fake website) [which I highly doubt]. This leaves us with option three account sharing.

While, yes there are ways for us to see where the account was last logged in it is simply that. The last known access point for the account, meaning that even if your account was logged in elsewhere, seeing that you have logged into it, well, we would simply see your log-in IP.

Now, the fact that you JUST acquired VIP and are coming to the forums trying to get your items back? That leads me to believe that no, you did not actually share your information (it is possible after-all your not lying there). But, the facet remains that it is possible you mailed off your own things to someone else in an attempt to get free items (it happens much more than you would think.)

So, while you think it is all cut and dry we should restore your things that you so claim are missing. Proof of you actually having them would be required. This proof would be best served in the form of recent videos and screenshot from your characters. Also, I do think that you had somehow forgotten to mention the character which is effected by this so called bug.

For you to claim that you have not shared your information with even a family member or a close friend you know outside the game? Who knows. For all we know you have shared it, and your 'friend' decided that they would take everything from you. The greater stigma thing, is somewhat interesting though; I could see why they would be missing as well. It makes sense to remove them all from the character as well when someone goes to strip the account. Makes it seem more like a bug than your fault.

So, basically as it is stated now. There are limited ways for someone to lose all their items, and things they have on their characters.

1) Sharing account info
2) Giving account information to a fake server admin / gm (see 1)
3) Placing your account info into a fake (scam) site promising you 'free' things.
4) Downloading and attempting to use a third party program which contains a key-logger.

There are a few more but that are the few that I can think of off the top of my head. And yes they all revolve around player faults which void any security that you may have had on your items at all in the first place.

While, I have in the past helped people with item refunds and they were approved for refunding, there was solid proof as to the reasons why the players did not get their item(s) and or why the item vanished in the first place. Those I won't mention here as this is already quite the long post. But, it is possible for an item(s) to be restored when there is enough proof and reason as to why (As I have said, I have gotten some items refunded due to issues and such what nots when it is appropriate to do so). Each of these cases is looked at on a case by case basis, it is not a simple task to undertake either.

Do not think that we do not care and that we will not do anything as that is just foolish we are here to help our players as best as possible. However, we also bear a responsibility to the server to protect the interests of it, and maintain an environment which will allow for continued play for everyone.

Is it what I wish to do and just say no to you? Of course not, but provided your information here. There is nothing we can do as to many things do not line up. Forgetting your registered e-mails password for one. Don't know why even if it is a pseudo e-mail and just for this game why you would not make it something that you would remember (i.e. name / pass) to where you would be able to change your password if the need arises etc.

The fact that you got VIP before this incident as you claim happened, and went away from the keyboard. This here tells me something is fishy with the situation as it is to coincidental that your items vanished right after you would get VIP status and then have to leave for a little while, given the fact you are adamant about not giving out your information to anyone and that you play in a safe environment and have not ever attempted to use a third party program.

To many things simply do not line up, and or are coincidental in the way that your item loss has occurred. I am sorry to say this but there is nothing that we will be able to do unless you are able to somehow come up with proof that even whatever god or gods or whatever it is you worship if you do at all would not be able to refute.

More like there would be a history of IPs logged into the acc cause if it only shows the last it cud be ur own cause u can only see u got robbed after u log in... ^.^

 

As I finished read this I started to think about what if this guy just made this story up bc he's like new to this game and just wants to get a freakin kewl ABG set... He got no proofs he joined to the forum in 2012 Jan and he tries to make us believe that he did have the ABG set... He's telling us after he bought VIP he went to work or sg and when he came on he just wanted to play a little, but he didn't have any items, he lost his stigma skills, he doesn't know his e-mail password, and now hes really angry...
Isn't that suspicious?
