funny thing that you're pretending that i've quited lol =) i was less activ, but still online every single day still pvping, still trolling around and still snuggling my <3 in pandemonium gold temple. About the time line i can't say yet if its exactly 2 weeks but it matches around since he was asking me all the time if i could help him to find the trades on elyos (was +/- 15-18 days ago) side since i got both races on my account.

Unfortunatly, my VIP expired and im not planning on donating just for it, so i had to decline my help towards him for it.

at the last 3 + weeks he works hard to trade his abg set...

It might be a game, but a lot of ppl have friends and money here... by money I mean the money u spent for credits so the money u donated...(obvious) and thats what makes these kind of games more than just a game
And if u think that this is funny that what he worked for so much(about 8 months) is lost...

i can answer that

in the time ive been here (over 2 years now) the database has not been compromised even once. if the database got hacked, the person would not target just one account. if they did manage to hack the database, they would probably give themselves a list of items on several accounts, they have nothing to gain from taking an abg set from some guy. if they wanted revenge or something they would just delete the whole account, not take a few items from it

scammers are on every game, not just gamez, afterall anybody can register and play her and there are always greedy people trying to get stuff through unfair means

as for donators, the vast majority does not donate to "help the server", they donate coz they want stuff from the web shop to help themselves. no matter how you look at it, a donate button is just a way to protect themselves in case people want money back. it has been said many times that donating means you arent buying anything and are not entitled to a refund

i would say it is in a way the players job to figure out what state a server is in if they wanna donate for it just for the sake of helping. then again i do agree that most of the staff volunteer and carl will not even hire a real dev who knows what hes doing so yes, stuff breaks constantly and things get worse

about your last claim, the staff in fact did respond here and as already mentioned, he provided 0 substantial proof that could serve as a base for his claims. in all this time, we have seen a lot of scumbags trying to get rich (same as the scammers you see all the time ingame, fake AMs as well as trade scammers) who devise plans in order to deceive the staff and get free stuff that does not belong to them. the proportion of authentic item loss to fake stories is actually pretty low.

i already added a warning about fake AMs to the gamez news feed on the login screen (for those that use the downgrade). i think later ill add a recommendation to screenshot valuable equipment too since you are right, it is not written anywhere, but is an unofficial standard among the players here who already experienced item loss
