My Char is Blocked

hi, i made new tread cuz almost all the problem was solved, but not all (see http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f68/i-can-log-123180/ for more info):
my char Nimn (chanter) is alrdy blocked, when i select it, my game auto closes, i requested an unstuck but seems it didnt worked (in the other chars it worked), sincerely i don't know what to do, i think all have been done and i think the problem will be solved with the next restart, but if anybody can do anything i will be very grateful, this is my main char, where i have all my good things and the money D:

EDIT: now i can see that this char is showed like online (i see it on legion)

 

Press Ctrl - Alt - Del , and kill the Aion.bin proces while your trying to log in.

Then restart your game and you should be able to log in.

(Also said that in your other thread and one other person said that aswell).

exactly, in what moment? when i put the account info and press ok, or when i press start with X char??
