    The conditioning stones are bugged that's why you can't buy. You can go to marchutan prior and condition your items in the conditioning officer. Much less cheaper than buying those portable ones.

    i can see most people dont have problem with that but conditioning lvl 2 drains much faster and i find it inconvenient to go to sanctum in the middle of a raid just to recondition.. anyway, if its a bug, fixing it soon will be most appreciated

    Trust me. It would be better to condition it on the officer coz buying the portable one would burn a lot of kinah. And I guess it was bugged after or even before the recent event shop (easter). I haven't bought some portable stones since well, its expensive and its bugged. And base on this thread that you've posted it is still currently bugged.
