    You need to set your region to north america on the ncsoft launcher

    Not sure why your posting that instead of him. And obviously he has not because the last step states try reinstalling. And if he had it would have taken longer than 30 minutes.

    Cause I am translating for him he didn't uninstall he downloaded the full game and then he did the downgrade

    He say that he is going to way for 3.0
