losing items abg jerkin and masta bow +15

    as you can see at the character selection photo, the wdk bow its my masta bow and the jerkin its my abg jerkin

    but when i log in

    mising.jpg dd.jpg

    the masta bow and abg jerkin has gone/missing



    it happens when i transfer my items to elyos then i relog, i dont have trades earlier except for the nto bow
    nid some simple answer thats it

    i dont think to do that maybe they cant help me out or back my items, i just only need answer i simple answer why it happens this is my 1st time i get a problem like this

    I don't see the proof that shows you had a Masta Bow and ABG Jerkin to begin with.
    But if you have, gather your proofs and PM an AM explaining what happened.
