Donation Fail

    I just donate via paypal (1 hour ago), got the affirmation in my E-mailaccount from paypal, that I paid and I should have 2500 ingamecredits more now.
    I've still no more credits, wth?
    Last time I donate for 500 credits and got it immediately after I paid.
    Help pls :pinched:

    same as my problem here , i donated via cellphone/ mobile Load , but then i didn't receive any credits , T_T .

    i'm new in game(aion)/sv ( is my 1st sv where i played) ... and 5-10 min i donated .. and i don't got any toll/credit ... :( i lost 1042 credit and my money ? :(

    Sometimes they are holding up your payment.

    Sometimes it can take 24 up to 48h MAX to get your donation (more then 48h = something went wrong).

    Click on the Missing donation button and send an Injury and they will automaticly sort it out.

    I had this aswell with sms donations 90% of the times it's instant but there was a time were i got them after a day.
