Character unable to log in the game!

    One of my characters unable to log in. When i am on the character selection page and press "start" the game freezes and exit a few mins later, but only one char. PLS HELP ME!

    Char. details: Name: Arexxal, lvl:55, class: cleric, last location: Silentera Canyon

    Hello,

    Go to the GamezAion website, log in, and look for the option to submit a character unstuck request. After this, do not touch the stuck character until there is a server restart or maintenance. Once the server comes back up, you should be able to log into your character who would most probably be spawned in Poeta.

    Still not works... I requested unstuck and when the server restarted my char still unable to log in and no gms online to help. :(

    try submitting another Unstuck request on the character and let me know when you're done. I'll see if there's something that can be done about it.

    When i log in with my other char and watch my legion members, i can see my bugged chars name too. Yesterday a requested unstuck, then the server restarted and my cleric is still bugged.
