I already tried to do in Smartik1's guide but nothing seems to change, anyone help me?

 

there r several things that can do this. first of all make sure ur ncsoft launcher region is set to north america, if its not then change to it and repair. test the game even before you downgrade to see if you get the error or not, it will help determine whats causing it. if u dont get it with 3.0.0.3 then u can go ahead and downgrade. make sure u do not delete anything when u do, just overwrite what it asks for. people in the past got this error coz they deleted some of the original folders so they were missing files.

if u get it before downgrading after u repaired to north american region, then delete everything in ur bin32 folder except for aion.bin and repair again, it should get all the right files

even if ur region was set to north america, i suggest u repair and try run the game before u downgrade to see if u get the error or not

btw r u using the gameforge client? or ncsoft one

well repair will automatically update. either way ull have to if u get this error. just follow what i told u above, make sure ur region is set to north america, repair, test if u can get at least to login screen, if u can then close the client and downgrade using this

either way, gamez is going 3.0 next week so ull be able to repair back to it
